The price is € 20 per person there will be a txarla first of several conservation systems in total there are three, there will be a demonstration of each one, they will talk about their use and we will do a tasting and they take a pot of mushrooms made.

Discover Basque cuisine in a 1786 farmhouse
In this experience we will cook and enjoy a lunch or dinner with a professional chef with more than 30 years of experience.
Products from the garden itself and kilometer 0 will be used.
We will start with a talk about Basque cuisine, prepare typical pintxos paired with cider or txakoli.
We will continue with the barbecue where we will give tricks and guidelines to make a good grill with ox or fish txuletón.
In short, it is about spending a good evening among friends learning and tasting new things in a charming hamlet.
INCLUDES: 2 Pintxos, First course, 2nd course, dessert and drink of your choice, all with fresh or kilometer 0 product.
Menus can be expanded or modified as requested and children will have a separate menu if required.
HANDCRAFTED CONSERVATION WORKSHOP
CONSERVATION TECHNIQUES IN CRUDE AND PRECOCINATED
Introduction to the world of preserves in an easy, practical and safe way with tips and tricks to preserve fresh and cooked products, we will prepare our personalized preserves with two techniques and pre-cooked and at the end of the workshop we will prepare some pintxos and some dishes of our preserves.
ARTISAN PIZZA WORKSHOP
We will prepare the dough by hand with wheat flour and natural yeast. We will learn all the secrets that you need to know to make an authentic artisan pizza. We will also explain how we can preserve the pizza raw materials in an easy and healthy way to have them on hand and we will finish the workshop with the tasting.
PREPARATION OF THE SFOLIA
We will prepare the dough with wheat flour and farmhouse eggs.
CUT BY TYPE OF PASTA
Cut for lasagna, tallerines-fettucine-tagliatelle, pappardelle and maltagliati.
WE WILL PREPARE FILLER PASTA
Cannelloni-tortellini-ravioli and panzerotti.
TXANGURRO ALA DONOSTIARRA WORKSHOP
In this workshop we will prepare the txangurro recipe and various dishes and also how we can keep it in comfortable glass containers in the bain-marie. Duration of the workshop 3/4 hour the price is € 20, it includes all material and you will take a bottle of txangurro.
