Casa Martinberika
Martinberika is a Basque farmstead situated in Hiriberri/Villanueva de Arakil.
Due to its interesting architecture and history, the establishment is classified by the Príncipe de Viana institution as category two.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen (fully equipped), a complete bathroom, living room with fireplace, sofas, TV, DVD, stereo, a room with ping pong and access to a 150 meter garden with terrace, barbecue and furniture.
The first floor contains one full bathroom and 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with twin beds and 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Two rooms have 1.05 beds, one with 1.20 beds and the other with a 1.50 double bed.
The second floor is attic and we have a room with billiards, a living room with table football, TV, sofas and home cinema, a double room with a 1.50 bed and a 1.35 sofa bed and a full bathroom next to the bedroom.
The house has free Wi-Fi connection.
We have heating in all rooms and the 1st and 2nd floors are parquet. From the roof, through two openings, the light falls through the stairwell, with which we have natural light in passageways.
